Please be aware that we are a very small business that makes many of our products to order. Our time is limited and we handle nearly all aspects of our business ourselves. We just please ask that you use our sizing guide (for applicable items) to ensure that you are ordering the correct size, because incorrect order size is the number one reason for returns. This helps us to keep up with orders and to still set aside enough time needed to maintain our business, work on new collections and the direction of the SANDZ brand.
We believe deeply in the quality of our products and know that our products are better in real life than they appear online. So, if you’re reluctant to purchase something that you have yet to see in person, we feel safe to say that if one of our items has gained your interest online, then you will not be disappointed once you receive the product in the mail.
With this stated, our return policy is as follows:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from theSANDZ.com, SANDZ will accept returns for either an exchange or a full refund within 14 days from the delivery date, with the exception of items that have been customized.
After 14 days from the delivery date SANDZ will accept returns on full-price merchandise subject to the following conditions:
- All items must be in its original condition.
- All items returned AFTER 14 days from the delivery date are only eligible for exchange.
- No refunds or exchanges will be permitted after 30 days from the delivery date.
Any items that were customized are excluded from the above policies, with the exception of any error on behalf of SANDZ or where the item may be faulty. Any items that have a quality defect as reported by the customer will be excluded from the above policies.
If you would like to make a return, please follow the steps noted below.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org your order # and indicate the reason for your return. If within 14 days from the delivery date, please also indicate in your email if you would like a refund or an exchange.

- Our customer service team will respond to you in 24-48 hours with a label.
- Please pack the items in the original box and append the label on the box. Ship your return and retain your receipt.
Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product to ensure the returned items are in good condition and not damaged.
If the inspection is passed, refunds or exchange will be processed immediately.
theSANDZ.com is not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit as a result of poor packaging or posting via your own methods/not utilizing the mailing label.
For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped to you. For refunds, the credit card used for the initial purchase will be refunded for the merchandise amount. Any shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to post to your account depending on the credit card company's processing time.
